Grant has held a number of senior roles in the chartered accounting and corporate sectors over recent years, and joined Kendons Scott Macdonald in 2006.
Grant has extensive business advisory and corporate finance experience, across all stages of the business development cycle. Grant has developed specialist expertise in a number of areas including – business planning, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, feasibility studies, budgeting and cash flow forecasting, financing, due diligence reviews, business turnaround, proposals, special projects, and governance and internal control reviews. Grant managed, in an advisory capacity, the management buy – out of a national icon brand in the apparel industry. Grant has experience in a wide range of industries – from general manufacturing, service, transport, apparel, and agriculture and viticulture, to local and central government. |
