Mike joined Kendons Scott Macdonald in 1996, and is leading the firm through a period of substantial growth and development.
Mike provides a range of services to ambitious business owners. Mike has extensive experience with business start ups, business planning and structures, succession planning, trusts and asset protection, improving business performance, budgeting and cash flow forecasting, capital and debt funding (and prospectuses), and providing general accounting and taxation compliance services. Mike has provided advice on a number of land and property developments (including all associated taxation issues), and raising finance for business start ups. Mike has experience in a wide range of industries including – general manufacturing, service, property development, and agriculture (including the dairy industry). |
