What clients are saying about Liam

It's coming up to 6 months that I've been working with Liam as a business coach/advisor.

I really enjoyed the process at the beginning, I got to talk about my business as Liam asked questions that really got me thinking about the long term, the structure and the opportunities that exist in my industry.  Ironically I started to understand my business much better, its strengths, its weaknesses, where I wanted to go and what I wanted to achieve.

I've felt a lot of support from Liam and have enjoyed having someone 'on my team', who I can check in with and get the answers I need when I need them. One of Liam's strengths is his ability to ask really great questions that get me thinking about the big picture and how my business can capitalize on the opportunities we have in front of us.

I'm excited about what the next 6 months will bring and I would recommend Liam to anyone looking to inject some inspiration and financial experience into their business

Jason Seaward, Motion Recruitment

I’ve been a client with Kendon’s coming up on 9 years, but most of that time it has just been as a sole trader. As my business grew, we took on staff and things became more complex we started to go through some ‘growing pains’ and we needed some sound business advice. Fortuitously, an email from Kendon’s mentioned a free session with a business coach/advisor. Almost a year later I am so glad we made that initial connection with Liam.

We have a complex business model and right from the first session, Liam took the time to understand the complexity and the people and us. He slowed us down and helped us focus and identify the company’s strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities. He gave us practical tips about how to look at our problems and gently guided us towards solutions that worked for us.

Liam didn’t do the work for us, but he did make us work on thinking about what was important to our business. He asked the questions we needed to ask ourselves. He helped guide us through the growing pains with calm, honest and helpful advice. We now feel like we are coming out the other side, thanks in large part to his advice.

Even though it seems the business may have turned a very important corner, we will continue to work with Liam in some capacity. I’m looking forward to working with him and Kendon’s to help grow the business even further. And yes, I would recommend Liam to anyone looking for financial and business advice.

As an aside, I’d also like to comment on how the team at Kendon’s has made us feel very welcomed. We are only a very small business, but the reception staff have been very welcoming and we have been thrilled to also have friendly banter with our accountant when attending our sessions with Liam.
