This includes the full suite of options available to you and our thoughts on the most appropriate software for your specific business processes.

Technology and software training is also covered by Kendons. We’ll train you and your staff in the usage of any tools we’ve recommended, including best practice processes.

Software Health Check
We’ll review your software systems and ensure they’re being used to their full potential. While Xero and WorkflowMax are the common pieces of software we look at, we can offer health checks for all the other software that we service.

Using Xero, WorkflowMax, or other business software? Select this heath check to review the interaction between software and see where improvements can be made.
Our software health check includes:
A review of your files, including all settings and current processes.
A review of the interaction between software and provide suggestions on improvements.
A report on the findings and suggest recommendations based on these findings.
Suggestions around additional software that may help increase your accounting efficiency and bookkeeping.
A one-hour follow-up session to review the findings and recommendations with you.
Please note: Your subscription to Xero and WorkflowMax are not included in the scope of the services above.
Where follow up sessions take place online, we will record your training sessions and provide a copy to you for future reference. Any further work required on additional software will be covered under a separate agreement.
